    Michele A. Mazza has been president of the AICNY for several years. He started this Associazione with an Italian-culturalistic background and love for the Italian Cuisine. This Associazione helps bring unity to Italian food and culture. Along with several key Italian chefs in NYC, he created an organization to promote Italian food and its culture.


       The AICNY conducts periodic cultural events around NYC to raise money for projects and timely causes. One of the goals of AICNY is to regulate the quality of Italian imports used by Italian restaurants in the US.
